Ryan Dermody

Ryan Dermody is a seasoned recruitment and training professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Recruitment & Training Manager at Caulders Garden Centre since November 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Team Leader at Hudson RPO, where responsibilities included supporting and developing a portfolio of recruiters. As a Senior Recruitment Partner for the 2 Sisters Food Group account, Ryan led recruitment efforts for multiple manufacturing sites and spearheaded graduate and ex-military recruitment initiatives. Prior military experience as a Sapper in the British Army added to Ryan's skill set, complemented by roles such as a recruiter at Remote Medical International and a specialist vehicle technician recruiter at Inchcape UK. Educational background includes attendance at St Joseph's Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014.
