Colleen Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and product innovation across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Restaurant Excellence and Operations Innovation at CAVA, Colleen has previously held multiple roles at Accenture Song, including Senior Consultant and Consultant in Growth & Product Innovation. Additionally, Colleen has contributed to Farm To People as a Growth Strategy Consultant and worked with Orange Sparkle Ball, Inc. as an Innovation Strategy Consultant for Chick-fil-A New Ventures, as well as an Innovation Project Manager. Colleen's academic experience includes being a Founding Cohort member of the EXCEL Mentorship Program at Georgia Institute of Technology's Scheller College of Business and serving as a Research Assistant in the School of Chemistry & Biochemistry.
