Jesper Bandsholm

Jesper Bandsholm is an experienced Systems Engineer currently working at Cavendish Hydrogen since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jesper served as a Systems Engineer and Technical Sales Engineer at Nel Hydrogen from August 2020 to October 2024. Previous professional experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager for Biogas at LANDIA from February 2017 to August 2020, and as a Scientific Assistant at Aarhus University from February 2016 to January 2017, where involvement included business model innovation within the MBIT research group. Jesper’s earlier roles include a Business Development Intern at GRUNDFOS Holding A/S and a Surveillance Technician at Vestas. Jesper holds a Master's Degree in Technology-based Business Development from Aarhus University, a Bachelor degree from TACK International Denmark, and a B.Sc. in Business Development Engineering from Aarhus University. Academic foundations were laid at HTX Randers and Hadsundvejens Skole.
