Phillip Hirst

Phillip Hirst is an experienced operations and restaurant management professional currently serving as Head of Operations East at CAVU since June 2022. Previously, Phillip held various managerial positions, including Restaurant Manager at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and General Manager at Protein Bar and Kitchen, Corner Bakery Cafe, and Zoes Kitchen. Phillip also served as Director of Retail Operations at LIMITLESS Coffee & Tea and was the Restaurant Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Prior experience includes a role as Premium Manager at Levy Restaurants. Phillip holds a High School Diploma from Mandarin High School, completed in 2018.
