Kimari Fletcher-Barrett

Kimari Fletcher-Barrett serves as the Human Resources Director for the Cayman Islands Government since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles at Maples Group and Cayman Islands Postal Service. Responsibilities include facilitating departmental communications, promoting organizational culture, managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee remuneration, and supporting performance management. Prior to this, Kimari worked as an Investments & Securities Analyst and a Human Resources Assistant at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Tower Marketing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and an Associate of Science in Business, all from the International College of the Cayman Islands.
