Kris Pocaro

Kris Pocaro is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and regional sales roles. Currently serving as a National Account Manager at Cayosoft since September 2024, Kris previously held the position of Regional Sales Director for the Northeast at IntelePeer, where responsibilities included simplifying communication automation for businesses to enhance customer experiences and improve ROI. With a long tenure at ConvergeOne from June 2001 to December 2021 as a National Account Manager, Kris focused on establishing and nurturing customer relationships to meet their business needs through collaboration and technology solutions. Kris's career began at NextiraOne Solutions, LLC in October 1987 as an Account Executive, where initial responsibilities included generating leads and selling telecommunications equipment, eventually evolving into selling network services. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Susquehanna University.
