Sylvain Daronnat

Sylvain Daronnat, PhD, currently serves as the R&D Lead - Data Scientist at CBA Informatique Libérale, where responsibilities include overseeing the inception, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning and deep learning projects. Prior experience includes working as a Senior UX Researcher with the UK Civil Service, focusing on quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Sylvain also completed a PhD in Data Science and Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Strathclyde, concentrating on collaborative agents in terms of trust and cognitive load. Additionally, Sylvain has held roles in various companies, including developing a virtual assistant at Airbus Group and enhancing ASR systems tailored for children's voices at LIG - Laboratoire d'Informatique de Grenoble. Sylvain's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Natural Language Processing from Université Grenoble Alpes and undergraduate degrees from the University at Albany and Université Grenoble Alpes.
