Fanglin Wang

Fanglin Wang currently serves as the Director of Research and Development at CBI Credit Bureau Indonesia since December 2024. Previously, Fanglin held multiple high-level positions at ADVANCE.AI, including Head of Credit Risk, Head of Research and Development, and Head of Artificial Intelligence from October 2018 to December 2024. Prior experience includes Associate Director for Video Analytics and Machine Learning at NCS Group, triggered by the acquisition of KAI Square, where Fanglin was the CTO focused on developing a Video Analytic Open Platform for smart cities. Academic contributions include a Research Fellow post at the National University of Singapore, specializing in web-scale image retrieval, along with roles at Carestream Health, Autodesk, Sharp Electronics, and an internship at Samsung Electronics. Fanglin holds a Ph.D. in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Master’s in Control Theory and Control Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
