Karla Coleman

Karla Coleman is an experienced Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist and Team Lead at CBI Health Group since October 2014, where responsibilities include conducting vocational profiles, facilitating job search workshops, providing career counselling, and supporting clients in returning to work. Karla is also tasked with training new employees, conducting audits, and developing educational resources. Previous roles include Community Resource Practitioner at Vecova, Intake Worker at The Salvation Army Community Services, and various positions at BYU-Idaho and ENMAX, focused on educational support and human resources. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho and has completed further education at the University of Calgary.
