Jeffrey Zudeck

Jeffrey Zudeck is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private equity and transaction advisory services. Currently serving as the National Practice Leader for Marcum LLP's Private Equity and Transaction Advisory Services Groups and as the Regional Managing Partner for the MidAtlantic region since September 2014, Zudeck previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, and Senior Advisor at Fundamental Holdings Ltd. from January 2013 to September 2014. Fundamental Holdings is involved in investment banking, fund sponsorship, and capital management across various global markets. Prior to that, Zudeck was an Executive Partner and Managing Partner in New Jersey at Friedman LLP from September 1990 to March 2013, a full-service CPA and consulting firm. Early career roles include Financial Manager at Paragon Financial Corp. and Audit/Tax professional at Touche Ross, along with audit experience in financial services at Arthur Andersen. Zudeck earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
