Jai Patel

Jai Patel is an experienced professional in international mobility and compensation management, currently serving as Head of International Assignments (a.i.) at Hitachi Energy since June 2024. Concurrently, Jai Patel acts as a facilitator for the International Mobility community at CBMN-online and operates as a Project Manager a.i. at TNO. Previously held the position of Head of International Mobility at Philips from November 2015 to April 2023, where Jai Patel built and expanded a global team of mobility professionals, managed significant operational growth, and implemented cost efficiencies. Earlier roles included positions at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, focusing on executive compensation and tax consultancy. Jai Patel holds an MSc in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
