Cat Nguyen

Cat Nguyen is an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, with prior experience as a Capital Markets intern at JLL, where responsibilities included producing Broker Opinion of Values and conducting market research. Earlier roles include serving as a Welcome Desk Specialist at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, managing daily operations and providing customer service to students and faculty. Cat also held the position of Director of Merchandise for Alpha Phi International Fraternity, where design compliance with brand standards was a key focus. Initial experience in customer service was gained as a Hostess at Sushi Mango. Cat Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
