Clinton Ridgewell

Clinton Ridgewell has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as a Senior Sales Director and previously as a Sales Manager at CBRE since April 2013. In these roles, Clinton supports A&T professionals in Washington, D.C. and has held various positions within CBRE, including Research Operations Manager and Senior Research Analyst, focusing on providing accurate market knowledge through comprehensive research methodologies. Prior to CBRE, Clinton worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Supervisor/Project Manager and in Lease Administration, managing a team responsible for significant lease portfolios. Earlier experience includes senior research analyst roles at CB Richard Ellis and Insignia/ESG, as well as a research analyst position at RealtyIQ. Clinton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
