Garrett Benefiel

Garrett Benefiel is a seasoned professional in the leasing sector, currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Welltower™ Inc. since June 2018, after progressing from the role of Associate in Leasing. Previously, Garrett worked as an Analyst at Skorburg Company from May 2017 to June 2018. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Alabama, where studies took place from 2012 to 2016. Early education was completed at St. Paul's Episcopal School between 2008 and 2012.
