Kim Hopkins

Kim Hopkins serves as the National Business Development Leader for CBRE’s Assessment & Consulting Services since May 2023, focusing on services such as land surveying, zoning compliance, and Environmental Site Assessments. Additionally, Kim has been the National Sales Manager for Millman National Land Services/CBRE Land Surveying since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director for CREW Dallas from February 2008 to January 2023, Director of Sales & Marketing at RealEstateJobs.com from February 2005 to February 2008, and Marketing Coordinator at Coldwell Banker from July 2004 to February 2005. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Texas Tech University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
