Kimberly Follett

Kimberly Follett is an accomplished Senior Sales Director at CBRE, with a tenure beginning in April 2006. In this role, Kimberly oversees brokerage sales, leasing, and consulting activities across four offices in the Greater Sacramento area, focusing on strategic business development and the formation of client-centric brokerage teams. Previously, Kimberly served as a Senior Transaction Manager in Global Workplace Solutions, managing and negotiating commercial real estate transactions for corporate client portfolios on both domestic and international scales. Kimberly also held roles as Transaction Manager, Sales Assistant, and Researcher at CBRE, following an internship at Wachovia Securities, Wealth Management. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate & Land Use from California State University-Sacramento, awarded in 2006.
