Nandi Cavil has extensive experience in commercial property management, currently serving as the Senior Director and Commercial Property Manager for the FL and LA market at Flagship Healthcare Properties since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities encompassed operational management and service contract negotiations, and at The CIM Group as Assistant Commercial Property Manager, focusing on tenant relations and financial management. Earlier in the career, Nandi served as Assistant to the Regional Manager at The Richman Group, contributing to occupancy strategies and compliance oversight. Nandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University.
