Rory Pugh

Rory Pugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in valuation and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Valuation Analyst and formerly a Valuation Associate at CBRE since March 2021, Rory has developed a strong expertise in valuation analysis. Previous roles include Data Manager and Project Coordinator at General Dynamics Information Technology (October 2018 - March 2021), and Contract and Data Analyst at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (January 2018 - October 2018). Rory also has a background in financial advisory at Legacy Planning Partners, LLC, and Rockgate Financial Partners from 2015 to 2018. An earlier career in the US Army as a Paralegal Specialist spanned eight years. Rory has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and holds two associate degrees from Highland Community College in Mathematics and Business Administration. Additionally, Rory served as the Mayor of the City of Harper, KS, from April 2011 to January 2014.
