Tess Lambourne

Tess Lambourne serves as General Counsel for the Pacific region at CBRE since June 2023, and has held the role of Director Operations, Head of Legal & Compliance at CBRE MENA since August 2013. In this capacity, Tess developed a comprehensive legal and compliance infrastructure for operations in multiple Middle Eastern countries. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette Global Alliance, where tailored legal advice was provided to various clients in areas such as commercial transactions and international trade law. Tess also worked as an Associate at Gordon & Associates, advising multinational clients on legal matters in Southeast Asia, and held positions including Governance Projects Officer at the City of Boroondara and Solicitor at Eales & Mackenzie. Tess holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the University of London and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
