Kim Poliquin is an experienced Project Architect at CBT Architects, specializing in high-end multi-family and mixed-use residential projects since October 2016, currently focusing on the design development phase of The Wright in Boston. In addition to architectural practice, Kim serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Wentworth Institute of Technology and has previously held a position as a Visiting Professor at Dartmouth College. Kim's past projects include significant roles at firms such as Brian Healy Architects, Kyu Sung Woo Architect Inc, Perkins+Will, Cambridge Seven Associates, Vandeberg Architects, Paul Buck Architect, and Naco Architectures, contributing to both commercial and institutional designs as well as large-scale rehabilitation projects. Kim holds a degree from Roger Williams University.
