Semir Selimovic

Semir Selimovic is an experienced Scrum Master at CC Pace, specializing in establishing Agile practices and facilitating team processes to enhance ownership and predictability. Previously, at Capital One, Semir served as an Agile Delivery Lead and Senior Process Manager, driving improvements in application support and data migration processes while championing Agile methodologies across multiple teams. Semir has also co-owned Selimovic Painting, and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Specialty Coating & Laminating and Körber Process Solutions GmbH, where skills in 3D modeling, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration were demonstrated. Semir holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University.
