Cynthia Desjardins

Cynthia Desjardins is an experienced leader in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as General Manager at CCL Container since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia spent a decade at Cascades in various managerial positions, including General Manager for the Quebec region and USA, overseeing the operational performance and financial management of multiple manufacturing facilities. Cynthia's career also includes significant roles at Rock-Tenn Company and Norampac, where responsibilities encompassed plant management and P&L oversight. Cynthia's career began at Sonoco, progressing from Quality Manager to Plant Manager, and was preceded by a role as Quality Coordinator at Cascades.
