Evelyn Cruz

Evelyn Cruz is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Plant Manager at CCL Label since January 2019, Evelyn has previously held the position of Plant Manager at CCL Design from April 2016 to December 2018. Prior to these roles, Evelyn spent nearly a decade at Owens Corning in various capacities, including Continuous Improvement Leader for BMG Enterprise Excellence and Plant Leader. Evelyn's career also includes experience as a Rapid Continuous Improvement Manager and Mechanical Engineer at Hill Phoenix. Evelyn holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
