Mia Heavens

Mia Hodges is a consultant at Heal the Bay, where responsibilities include planning and executing the annual Bring Back the Beach Gala, with a focus on ticket sales and auction item management. As an Associate Director at CCS Fundraising, Mia advises non-profit organizations on fundraising strategies and campaign management. Previous experience includes interning at Michele Marie PR, where Mia established over 100 brand partnerships, and serving as a Client Manager at Form Department, emphasizing the environmental impact of the fashion industry. Involvement with the USC Marshall Women's Leadership Board included serving as Director of Membership, facilitating virtual events and recruitment. Mia's early experiences with March of Dimes include leadership roles that shaped a commitment to social issues, stemming from a personal connection to prematurity. Mia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from USC Marshall School of Business, graduated in 2022.
