NaTasha Hollis, PhD, NREMT, CPH, is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as Team Lead in the Office of Minority Health and Health Equity at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since July 2010. NaTasha's expertise encompasses health equity, social determinants of health, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, previously holding roles as Deputy Director for Non-Infectious Diseases and Senior Epidemiologist at the National Center for Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities. NaTasha is also a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service and has served as an EMSC Fellow. Academic credentials include a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from Emory University, along with certifications in emergency medical technology. Prior research experience includes positions at various academic institutions and a student intern role at the FBI Laboratory.
