Beverly started their career in the US Navy as a Naval Officer from 1980 to 1985. Alaina then transitioned to the private sector, working as a Marketing Representative for Xerox from 1986 to 1989. Beverly then spent six years as a Vice President/Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, NA from 1989 to 1995. Most recently, they spent 24 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they served in various leadership roles before becoming the Director at CDC Small Business Finance. Beverly has a proven track record of success in the banking and finance industry, and they are dedicated to helping small businesses grow and thrive.
