Paul Dilling

Paul Dilling has extensive experience in management and program oversight, currently serving as the TDSS General Manager at CDO Technologies since May 2005. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Program Manager at Support Systems Associates, Inc. from September 1996 to July 2005. Paul Dilling earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma between 1976 and 1978 and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on History and Government from Texas State University from 1962 to 1967.
