Matteo la Naia

Matteo La Naia is an experienced investment professional currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at CDP Venture Capital SGR since January 2025. Previously, Matteo held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Growth Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at MIRTA, and co-founded E62 Ventures, acting as an Investment Partner. Matteo's consulting experience stems from a six-year tenure at Boston Consulting Group, augmented by a brief engagement in growth strategies at Frubana. An accomplished academic, Matteo earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where leadership was exemplified as President of the European Business Club and active involvement in the Global Entrepreneurship Lab. Matteo also holds advanced degrees in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen and Management from Università Bocconi, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management. Additional international exposure includes a finance role at Amazon and academic credentials from UCLA.
