Krista Benson

Krista Benson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management at CDS Global, Inc., where Krista has progressed from Contract Specialist to Senior Contract Advisor since July 2011. In this role, Krista drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts for a wide range of clients, including well-known publishing houses and notable nonprofits. Krista is also responsible for administrating the contract management system and training colleagues on contract processes and technology. Prior to this, Krista gained experience as a Summer Associate at the State of South Dakota Department of Social Services Legal. Krista holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of South Dakota.
