Nicolas Enderlé

Nicolas Enderlé is the founder of La Suite, a coaching and training firm dedicated to supporting hyper-growth companies since December 2012. With a strong belief in the importance of professionalizing managers to foster desired corporate dynamics, Nicolas also serves as a member of the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat since September 2021 and previously participated as a mentor at Lik - Learning is King from March 2020 to January 2022. Prior to La Suite, Nicolas held various roles at Bouygues Telecom from January 2000 to December 2012, including facilitator/internal consultant, innovation manager for the showroom, and R&D project manager. Nicolas holds a Ph.D. in computing from Télécom Paris, complemented by an engineering degree in signal processing from ENSIEG. Educational experiences also include participation in International Mozaik and Crea Conference.
