Stephanie Capron

Stephanie Capron currently serves as Chief of Staff at CECO Environmental Corporation, a position held since April 2024. As Chief People Officer and Owner at synchra solutions since November 2017, Stephanie leads a human resources consulting firm focused on customized solutions for business growth. Previously, as Global Director of Human Resources at Smithers from January 2018 to March 2023, Stephanie directed comprehensive HR strategies and operations, collaborating with senior leaders to align business goals. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ritzman Pharmacies, Inc. and associated firms from August 1998 to December 2017, where Stephanie implemented innovative HR initiatives. Earlier in the career, Stephanie worked as Customer Delivery Administrator at FirstMerit Bank from 1994 to 1997, developing policies for branch operations. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and is certified as SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
