The Care and Human Resources team at CECO is dedicated to the holistic development and well-being of both the individuals they serve and the staff. The team, comprising an Adult Care Specialist Intern, an HR/Recruitment Outreach Manager, and a Lead Life Skills Instructor, collaborates to provide comprehensive support, from life skills training for adults to talent acquisition and employee relations. Together, they ensure a nurturing environment that aligns with CECO's mission of integrating physical, cognitive, and social skills for lifelong learning and development.
