Diane Smith-Gander AO is an accomplished Australian business leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently, Diane serves as Chair at Zip Co and Perenti, with the latter role commencing in March 2024 following a merger with DDH1. Diane has been the National Chair of CEDA since February 2016 and Chairman of HBF Health since May 2020. Additionally, Diane holds the position of Chair of the Business School Advisory Board at The University of Western Australia, where Diane is also an Adjunct Professor and guest lecturer in the MBA program. Diane serves as Independent Chair of the Nominations Committee for WADA and was the Past President and is currently a Council Member of Chief Executive Women. Previous roles include Chairman of DDH1 Drilling and Non-Executive Director positions at AGL Energy and Keystart Loans Limited.
