Noland Belt

Noland Belt currently serves as a Workforce Management Analyst and Scheduler at Cedar Point Amusement Park since February 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Ministries and Technology/Marketing Director at Barrington Ridge Baptist Church, where Noland directed a volunteer technology team and managed various social media accounts. Noland also worked as Adventure Camp Coordinator at Portage Township YMCA, overseeing camp operations and coordinating activities and staff. Additional roles include Building Manager and Child Care Development Center Assistant Teacher. Noland holds a Master's degree in Technology Leadership & Management, a Graduate Certificate in Six Sigma for Business and Industry, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, along with minors in Marketing and Information Systems, all from Purdue University Northwest.
