Mike Duffy

Mike Duffy has over two decades of experience in public works and civil engineering, currently serving as the Assistant Public Works Director - Operations for the City of Cedar Rapids since September 2009. Prior roles at the City include Operations Superintendent and Street Operations Manager. Duffy previously held the position of Operations Superintendent for Linn County from October 2000 to September 2009 and worked as a Civil Engineer at Shive-Hattery from May 1997 to October 2000. Duffy earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering, from the University of Iowa between 1993 and 1998.
