Alicia Melendez

Alicia Melendez is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Cedar since November 2021, where the focus is on enhancing healthcare financial experiences through innovative technology. Prior to Cedar, Alicia worked at Policygenius Inc., first as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Senior Customer Success Associate. Additionally, Alicia has experience as an Adjunct Professor at LIM College, teaching courses in marketing and consumer behavior, and served as a Senior Operations Coordinator at Albatross CX. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from SUNY Oneonta.
