Mindy May Dickey

Mindy May Dickey, PhD, serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Development and Dean of Students at Cedarville University since January 2014, providing leadership over the Student Development department, which includes oversight of student conduct, Counseling Services, and Residence Life. Prior roles at Cedarville University include Adjunct Professor of Biblical/Theological Studies, Director for Student Development and Dean of Women, and Director of Counseling Services. From January 2009 to August 2014, Mindy worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at various faith-based organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and taught as an adjunct Practicum professor for master's level counseling students. Additionally, Mindy held the position of Administrative Associate for the Vice President at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from November 2011 to December 2013. Mindy earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychology and Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
