Thomas Vanfleteren

Thomas Vanfleteren currently serves as the Technical & Safety Manager for Euro Chlor and the Technical Manager for Petrochemicals Europe at Cefic since April 2020. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Senior Scientific Consultant and Scientific Consultant at Leyton Benelux from November 2017 to April 2020. Thomas completed a PhD at Université libre de Bruxelles from October 2013 to October 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemistry obtained from Université libre de Bruxelles in 2013 and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution in 2011. In October 2023, Thomas participated in the Behaviours for Positive Influence Programme at Chartwell Learning.
