Catherine Dagenais

Catherine Dagenais is an experienced professional in the fields of career development and organizational psychology, currently serving at Cégep Marie-Victorin since November 2009 as an expert and project manager in the Centre d'Expertise en Reconnaissance des Acquis et des Compétences. In this role, Catherine focuses on the sustainability and expansion of recognition services in higher education, developing assessment and training tools, and providing support and coaching to candidates. Since January 2010, Catherine has also operated as a career advisor at CD - Catherine Dagenais, c.o. Previously, Catherine worked as an organizational psychology consultant at Société Pierre Boucher and as a human resources coordinator at Algorithme Pharma. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Master's degree in Careerology - Human Resources from UQAM.
