Serge Foucher

Serge Foucher has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Directeur réseau de Distribution at Hydro-Québec since March 2019. Foucher has held various positions at Hydro-Québec since 2011, including CHEF INSTALLATION II Montréal and interim Directeur Centre de gestion des activités de Transport. Additionally, Foucher has been involved in governance as a member of the Conseil d'administration at CEGEP Marie-Victorin since September 2012. Previous roles include Chef support et encadrement at Hydro-Québec (TransÉnergie) and Director of Marketing at General Dynamics. Foucher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a background in pure sciences from Collège de l'Assomption.
