Caitlin O'Connor

Caitlin O'Connor is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, legislative affairs, and advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Director at Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy since December 2024, O'Connor previously held the position of Director of Public Relations and Communication Initiatives at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission from March 2023 to December 2024. O'Connor has a solid foundation in media and advocacy, with previous roles at Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy and the U.S. House of Representatives, where O'Connor worked as Legislative Correspondent & Community Affairs Liaison. Additional experience includes serving as a Caseworker/Field Representative for the United States Senate and contributing as a Student Volunteer at The White House. O'Connor holds a Master's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The George Washington University.
