Kathy Hill

Kathy Hill has extensive experience serving on boards of directors and leading significant organizational efforts in the technology sector. Currently, Kathy holds positions on the boards of Moody's Corporation, Celanese, and NetApp, where responsibilities include chairing compensation committees and participating in various governance committees. Notably, Kathy served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Cisco Systems from 1997 to 2011, overseeing a $12 billion product business and managing a global team of over 3,000 employees. Earlier in their career, Kathy was involved in engineering at Hughes Network Systems from 1982 to 1993, contributing to foundational aspects of technology development.
