Gemma Dolcet Figueras is a seasoned professional in employee engagement and internal communications with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Employee Engagement Analyst at Cellnex Telecom since March 2021, Gemma previously held the position of Global Internal Communications Manager at Norwegian from April 2018 to March 2021.
