Cosmin Paun

Cosmin Paun is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects. Currently serving as Team Lead Software Development at Cembra Money Bank AG since July 2019, Cosmin coaches software engineers across mobile, backend, and web full stack disciplines while overseeing agile and waterfall assignments. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Swiss Post Solutions, where Cosmin contributed to secure applications for sensitive file management, and Perspectix, focusing on enterprise server-side technologies. Earlier positions involved software engineering for financial platforms and web-based systems, with foundational experience gained at Dapredi Soft Systems and Data Source Systems. Cosmin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara.
