Samy Sameh

Samy Sameh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and contract law. Currently serving as a Legal Manager at CEMEX since September 2021, Sameh previously held the title of Corporate Lawyer at CEMEX Egypt from September 2017. Prior to that, Sameh practiced law at Sameh Lotfy & Samy Sameh Law Office for over a decade, specializing in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and various contracts. Additionally, Sameh served as a contracts drafting consultant for Vava Furniture Nigeria LTD, advising on commercial agreements and organizing workloads. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Assiut University, completed in 2006.
