Vishal Puri

Vishal Puri has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, currently serving as Appointed Director of all UK CEMEX Group companies since November 2007. In addition to this role, Vishal functions as Data Protection Officer and Director of UK Legal, overseeing corporate, commercial, and company secretarial matters. Prior to these positions, Vishal served as Head of Corporate & Commercial Law within UK Legal and worked as a Commercial Solicitor at CEMEX UK OPERATIONS LIMITED. Previous experience includes working as a Commercial Solicitor at DHL and as a Solicitor at Blandy & Blandy LLP. Vishal holds a Practice Diploma in International Mergers and Acquisitions, a Legal Practice Course qualification, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law.
