Ralph Boethling

Ralph Boethling is a highly experienced technical project manager and consultant with a strong background in healthcare technology and information security. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager Consultant at CenCal Health, Ralph manages multiple technology projects including phone system replacement and on-premises data center migration. Previously, as ITS Senior Program Manager at San Francisco Health Plan, Ralph oversaw a diverse range of program and project management responsibilities and directed the Information Risk Management Program.
