Silvia Marinovic

Silvia Marinovic is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Cenosco since October 2018, Silvia contributes to enhancing asset integrity management through innovative solutions. Previously, at Transcom from April 2016 to October 2018, Silvia held the position of HR Support Generalist and Human Resources Specialist, focusing on improving HR services and participating in various HR projects, including system launches and surveys. Silvia began a career at Adecco from October 2013 to March 2016 as a Human Resources Advisor, where recruitment and site start-up efforts for Transcom WorldWide were key responsibilities. Silvia holds a degree from Juraj Dobrila University of Pula.
