Jodi Olichny

Jodi Olichny is an experienced professional in organizational change management and communications, currently serving as the Organizational Change Lead for Cenovus Energy since December 2023, focusing on ERP implementation with SAP SuccessFactors. With a career that includes roles such as Owner of J. Cruickshank Consulting Inc. since October 2011 and Senior Consultant at SPAN Consulting from October 2022 to June 2023, Jodi has facilitated management system design and developed change management frameworks for successful implementations. Previous positions include OCM Consultant at Inter Pipeline, Specialist in Strategic Planning & Programs at CNOOC International, and various management roles at WestJet and ENMAX Energy Corporation.
