Shelly Morales

Shelly Morales is a Global human resources leader with deep experience driving organizational development and people strategies to achieve long-term strategic and operational goals. She has been recognized as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders across the organization to effectively integrate HR throughout the business. Shelly serves as a special advisor for the CEO and Board at Censia, propelling their mission to revolutionize recruiting.

Shelly is the Chief People Officer at Balbix, leveraging more than twenty years of experience working with global technology companies to drive company performance. Previously, she held the role of VP, Global Head of HR for Quantenna Communications. In this role, she led a multinational HR group and provided counsel to the CEO, Executive Staff and Board regarding vision, mission, structure, processes, and talent to support company growth. She designed and implemented a non-traditional approach to performance management and was a key leader in the successful company acquisition by ON Semiconductor.
